we strive to get your gaming gear into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping procedures to ensure you have a transparent shopping experience.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
Note: Some oversized items or specific PC components may have restrictions for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
2. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders
3. Order Processing & Transit Times
Our goal is to process orders efficiently. Please note the following timelines:
Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM EST - Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Order Processing Time: 1 Business Day (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
Standard Shipping: 2-3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3-4 Business Days. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays. We will notify you of any significant delays.
4. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Our primary carrier is USPS.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Delivery Delays & Issues
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery dates, factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons (e.g., Black Friday) may impact delivery times. Triad Gaming is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will assist you in locating your package.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us at admin@triadgaming.net within 48 hours of delivery.
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting our support team.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Triad Gaming is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the item.
8. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has reached the "Shipped" status, we are unable to cancel it, and the standard Return Policy will apply.
